‘Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé’ chronicles the artist’s intention and hard work as creative and producer. It follows Beyoncé’s process as she masters her craft for the 56-date, 39-city ‘Renaissance World Tour’.
The record-breaking tour began in Stockholm, Sweden and wrapped up with a grand finale in Kansas City, Missouri. Fans can watch in the film as Beyoncé explores her intention, hard work, involvement in every aspect of the production, her creative mind, and purpose to create her legacy.
The Afrofuturist tour was packed with maximalist themes and visuals – robot arms, technology, glittering horses, and of course a full serving of Beyoncé’s undeniable performance talents.
On top of being a visual spectacle, it was also a sanctuary for freedom, acceptance and shared joy – and was seen by more than 2.7 million fans from around the world who travelled across oceans to enjoy Club Renaissance. Now, the experience expands for millions of moviegoers.
Showtimes and tickets for Australian screenings will be available from 9 November.
‘Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé’ hits cinemas from 1 December.
