Grace Petrie 2024 Australia Tour

The New Yorker described her as “an effervescent charm-bomb of a performer” – now, England’s political folk powerhouse Grace Petrie is heading out on the road for an Australian tour.

The September-October dates around the country will be more than just shows – they’ll be rallying cries for change, and opportunities for collective experience. . . And a celebration of the power of folk music to speak to, and for, the people.

Grace has spent more than 15 years clocking up tours, in her own right and with acts like Billy Bragg, The Guilty Feminist (she was here as recently as May playing music for these shows), Hannah Gadsby and Frank Turner. She’s made her mark in the folk, LGBTQIA+, political and comedy scenes, building a growing following all around her.

Her latest, self-released studio album ‘Build Something Better’ was produced by folk-punk legend Frank Turner. It reached #1 on the UK download and folk charts, and even got to Top 30 in the UK’s main album chart.

After all the craziness and limitations of the COVID-19 lockdowns, Petrie re-emerged into music. . . With a rejuvenated passion and drive. Her live shows have captivated audience, filled with raw energy and social commentary.

Tickets are on sale now.
