Night-time destination Eastside Sydney is presenting a line-up of live performance in small venues as part of the new winter Sydney Solstice festival.

Eastside Sydney comprises Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Potts Point and Woolloomooloo.

A stellar line-up ensures something for everyone, whether you're into cabaret, live bands, workshops, recitals, talkfests, dance, film, drag or comedy. It's a lively two weeks of events, guaranteed to lure people outside.

It's a celebration of the city's cosmopolitan alter ego, a home for drag queens, artists, musicians, poets, and the spiritual heart of the city's LGBTQIA+ community. Eastside is a melting pot of people, arts, culture, retail and nightlife.

Sydney Solstice kicks off in Eastside with Elly-May Barnes and Band in Surry Hills, and finishes with a night of 'Mystery + Magic' in Kings Cross. . . Sandwiched in between is two weeks of entertainment, such as drag at sunset on a rooftop, spooky movie tunes from SSO Fellowship, queer cabaret, laughs from Pauly Fenech, a Gin Masterclass, songs in a church hall, and more. . . Before and after the shows there is an array of bars and eateries to discover.
