The team say wearing the guernsey is an important way for the club to continue to be inclusive, celebrate diversity and ensure everyone feels respected.
This isn’t the first time the club has shown support for the LGBTQIA+ community – every year since 2016 the club have held their annual Pride game.
“Our Pride guernsey reflects the importance of being an inclusive club and we want everyone to feel welcome at the football,” Swans Chief Executive Tom Harley says in a statement.
“We’re thrilled to introduce our new Pride guernsey which reflects on our connection and commitment to the LGBTQOA+ community.”
The guernsey is available to purchase online, among a selection of other Pride-themed apparel such as scarves, beanies and caps.
The guernsey has been designedly Nike, featuring a bright, bold rainbow ‘V’. It will be worn by the team for the first time in the Round 21 Pride Game clash against St Kilda.
The Pride Game takes place later this season.
