Everyone’s favourite UK high schoolers are growing up – Nick (Kit Connor) is soon leaving for university, pushing him and Charlie (Joe Locke) into a long-distance relationship.

Doubts take hold, and their relationship will face its biggest challenge yet.

The trailer has arrived, soundtracked by new Olivia Rodrigo song ‘Stupid Song’.

‘Heartstopper Forever’ is written by Alice Oseman, and is based on the highly anticipated final instalment of the graphic novel series. It’s set to bid farewell to a group of friends, who have won the hearts of viewers everywhere since the series debut in 2022.

“‘Heartstopper’ starts like a fairy tale and a bit idealistic, in a beautiful way that we all love,” Oseman tells Netflix. “But in the film, we’re taking a slightly grittier look at romance and what it is to be in a long-term relationship. I find that fascinating and exciting.”

Charlie might be an optimist, but change is hard. . . And so is maturing in tandem with your high school love. In this final chapter, Charlie, Nick, Tao (William Gao), Elle (Yasmin Finney), Darcy (Kizzy Edgell), Tara (Corinna Brown), Imogen (Rhea Norwood), and Isaac (Tobie Donovan) will each tread new waters and embark on bold adventures.
