Written during lockdown, 'I'm Good' abstractly illustrates the fortitude required to survive any trauma surfacing during these times. It's accompanied by an animated visual by Mortis Studios (Tame Impala, AdultSwim, Louis Vuitton).

"There are similar stories in the world. Many actually, but no one has lived and is living exactly how you are," Dizzy says. "The things you go through sometimes will just never be okay. So I made this song to highlight the strength in knowing some things will never be okay, but you are going to be okay. . . Sh.t, you’re gonna be good."

"Healing is a process that starts within, making sure your mind, body, and spirit can thrive within the madness."

For the first month of sales, Dizzy will donate the proceeds to Root To Crown's Abundance Therapy Fund, providing holistic therapy services to BIPOC individuals with financial barriers.

'I'm Good' is out now.
