You are seductively invited to a night at The Museum Of Desire, with Abbie Chatfield and Dr Esme Louise James (creator of ‘Kinky History’).

L-R: Abbie Chatfield, Dr Esme Louise James

This May, Australian television personality, podcast host and influencer Abbie Chatfield will hit the Museum Of Desire for a one-off, exclusive event In Conversation with Dr Esme Louise James. It’ll be an hour-long conversation between the two, centred around the art of sex, desire, kink and all things pleasure.

The Museum Of Desire is a world first, combining interactive, contemporary art, installations, tech, and sound. It explores themes of desire, sexuality, pleasure and love, blending a traditional gallery experience with the styling of a French boudoir and the excitement of a multi-sensory funhouse.

It opened in December 2024, and has seen more than 20,000 through its doors. This fast, furious love affair has led Creative Directors Correne Wilkie and David Strong to extend the season of the original pop-up to the end of 2025.

Forget ‘look, don’t touch’. . . At The Museum Of Desire, participation is everything. Whether you’re fingering a laser harp, diving into a boobie-filled ball pit, or losing yourself in an infinity mirror, every corner invites you to indulge in a world of sensuality and play.
