‘Horrorween’ is set to present an unparalleled display of local, interstate and global queer talent, as it unleashes on Hordern Pavilion for a nightmarish rave of epic proportions. The venue will be completely metamorphosed into an otherworldly, bloody labyrinth, ready for a revel in the darkness.

Here, a killer LGBTQIA+ line-up of talent will perform, led by ‘Canada’s Drag Race’ star Brooke Lynn Hytes, and our own ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under’ runner-ups Kween Kong and Hannah Conda, tantalising crowds with wig-raising performances.

There’ll be two indoor and outdoor dancefloors as queer international DJs Ben Bakson, GSP and Caca Werneck get hearts pounding, joined by dozens of Australian DJs and a litany of enchanting drag queens and performers.

If you’re feeling like a transformation, there’ll also be complimentary make-up and special effects stations, with professional artists on hand. Plus, the legendary ‘Horrorween’ Scare Zone is one for the thrill seekers keen to get their heart pumping.

Inner city boutique hotel Oxford House will be transformed into HORRORHOUSE, adding a little doom and gloom to the usually bright, airy suites. Then, the official opening party happens at Universal.

Those wanting to party through the night and into the morning can do so, choosing between two official afterparties. There’s the one at Universal, Déjàboo, aka Déjàvu. . . And at HOME in Darling Harbour, Morning Gory, aka Morning Glory.

“After such a successful first year in 2022, Horrorween is back even bigger and better this year!” ‘Horrorween’ Founder and GAYM Entertainment’s Jesse Lawson says. “Get ready to experience Australia’s premier Halloween party full of killer queens, wicked thrills and dark delights.”

Tickets are on sale now.

‘Horrorween’ is on at various venues in Sydney on 28 October.
