A List Of Shows With Queer Themes/Stories At Adelaide Fringe 2019

As the years go by, Australia edges closer and closer to a fully-inclusive place where people of all shapes, sizes, colours, sexualities and identities can belong as one.

'Help! I Think I Might Be Fabulous'

We've got a long way to go, but the fight continues and those leading the pack should be proud of their constant determination.

The same can be said for those involved in the world of the arts, and this year's Adelaide Fringe presents a pretty impressive list of shows that address queer themes, which is a super important step when it comes to representation.

As a community it's vital that we display all sides of the life of a queer person, whether it be the joyous side of loving who you are or the not-so-great side of coming to terms with your sexuality/identity in a world that doesn't necessarily take it as well as it could.

Here is a list of shows at Adelaide Fringe that touch on or explore things outside the realm of heterosexuality.
